Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer multiple carrier options, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, so you can choose the delivery speed that works best for you.

Estimated Delivery Times

USPS: 2 to 5 business days
UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days
FedEx Ground: 1 to 5 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
