Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Books must be returned in resale condition with no visible wear, markings, or damage.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@reidthisreidthat.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@reidthisreidthat.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
